Returns

To avoid misunderstandings please check that you have ordered the right parts for your vehicle model.

Did you changed your mind? You can return a product if you changed your mind within 30 days. 
Product have to be undamaged, and in its original package. 
Not a good product? You can return it within 30 working days from the date of delivery. We will refund the payment within 5 days. (as soon as the returned item reaches our warehouse).

Received defective item? In this case, we undertake to exchange the defective product for a quality product free or to refund the payment. You have the right to return such goods to us within 14 working days of delivery.

Return conditions:

In order to return the goods purchased from us, please inform us before returning by e-mail [email protected], stating the reason for the return;

The product must not be used, scratched, painted or otherwise damaged;

The returned product must be in the original packaging;

The Product must be undamaged by the Buyer;

The product must not have lost its commercial appearance: the label must not be damaged, the protective film must not be torn off, etc .;

The returned goods must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;
